Story Exploration: We’ll help you decide what stories to capture first and which family members to interview. Interview Preparation: Your biographer will write custom interview questions and send them to you ahead of time so you know what to expect.

Interview: You or your family member will meet with your biographer in person or via videoconference. Each session takes about 90 minutes and will be recorded for the writing process. All content will remain confidential in your archive.

Story Draft: Your biographer will transcribe the interview and write initial drafts of your stories. Editing and Revising: An editor will polish the content through multiple rounds of editing. If needed, we will contact you with any follow-up questions.

Archive Design: The final stories will be designed on Storyline and uploaded to your Library on your private archive.
